Richard "Dick" L. Farra

Richard L "Dick" Farra, age 85 of Coldwater, formerly of Hillsboro, departed this life peacefully on May 4th, 2023.

Dick is survived by four Children. Vickie (Russ) Newman of Hillsboro, Randy (Kim) Farra of Leesburg, Russ Farra of Leesburg, and Mark (Jeanie) Farra of Austin, Texas. Ten grandchildren, and Sixteen great grandchildren.
Also surviving are stepsisters Nancy Shaffer of Hillsboro and Carol Payne of Mt Orab, and sister-in-law Pauline Marsh of Bradenton, Florida, as well as several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Dick was preceded in death by his beloved son Carl Richard "Rick" Farra, his father William Carl Farra, who passed while serving his country in World War II, his mother Doris Virginia (Hare) Marsh, stepfather Seren C. Marsh, and stepbrother Donald "Don" Marsh.

Dick was a lover of all things that had to do with the American Frontier and horses.
Dick worked in executive management with Kawasaki and Union City Body Company from where he retired as the Director of Operations.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro

Visitation will be held Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
