Stella Elois Wheeler Mallicoat, 95 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the residence.
She was born December 9, 1915 in Malaga, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William and Mary Elizabeth Little Salley. Beside her parents, she is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Avery E. Wheeler, 2nd husband, Rudolph Mallicoat, two sons, Ray Earl Wheeler and Avery J. Wheeler, one grandson, six brothers and four sisters.
Stella was a member of the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church and the Highland County Senior Citizens.
Stella is survived by five daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Charles Moberly of Hillsboro, OH., Marlene and Royce Scott of Summertown, S.C., Lois and Frank Johnson of Hudson, FL., Shirleen and Ed Philpot of Suwanee, GA., Michelle and Edward Snyder of Coatesville, PA., three sons and daughters-in-law, Roy Winston and Pam Wheeler of Newton, N.C., Jerry and Pam Wheeler of Florence, KY., Garry Lee Wheeler of Cincinnati, OH., 15 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church, 6360 U.S. 50 West, Hillsboro.
Rev. Richard Burns will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, OH.
Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church.
