A. G. Campbell, 77 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, February 10, 2002 at his residence.
He was born in Adams County on November 18, 1924 the son of the late Albert G. Campbell and Mary Ethyl Cummings Campbell Keller.
He was retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation. He was a Navy Veteran serving in WWII.
He is survived by one son Alan Gregory Campbell of Louisville, KY, one daughter and son-in-law, Shari Lynn Shanks and Adrian Shanks of Richmond, KY, one brother, David Keller of Mason, Ohio, one sister, Mary Lou Lightfoot of California, one step granddaughter, Cheri Danny Stacy of Berea, KY, two step great grandchildren, Christian and Samantha, one aunt, Anna Ruth Bill Jones of West Union, Ohio, one first cousin, Tom Eileen Jones of West Union, Ohio and special friends, Guy and Doris Dyer of Hillsboro.
Funeral Services 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Hope Miller Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brush Creek Cemetery in Adams County with military graveside rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard. Friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
