Addisyn Shae Hemming, infant, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Mercy Anderson Hospital.
She is survived by her mother Megan Combs of Peebles, father Cody Hemming of Peebles, maternal grandparents Morgan and Priscilla Combs of Peebles, paternal grandparents Bill and Lisa Hemming of Peebles, maternal great grandfather Perry Little of Rome, maternal great grandmother Rosemary Combs of Peebles, and paternal great grandparents Nancy and Maurice Knauff of Peebles.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Louisville Cemetery with Dave Hopkins officiating. Friends may call on Friday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
