Adna C. Fulton, 90 years of the Locust Grove Community, died Monday, April 21, 2003 at her residence.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on March 7, 1913 the daughter of the late Scott and Muriel Copeland Mason.
She was a member of the Locust Grove United Methodist Church. She taught for twenty-three years in the Adams County School District. She was a member of the Adams Retired Teachers Association, the Order of Eastern Star Chapter # 396, the Adams Historical Society, and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Fulton, who passed away on July 5, 1996, six brothers, and three sisters.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Judy Fulton of Peebles, daughters and son-in-law, Mary Fulton of Peebles, Sandra and John Cleveland of Peebles, brother, Scott Mason, Jr. of Rarden, sisters and brothers-in-law, Katy and Harv Covert of Columbus, Helen and Vayne McCoy of Peebles, two grandchildren, Pam David Stephens, Johnna Cleveland, and three great grandchildren, Ty, Nathan, and Brittany Stephens.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Phil Fulton and Wayne Edingfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
