Al Hooker, 77 years of Peebles, died Monday, August 11, 2003 at the Chillicothe
VA Medical Center.
He was born in Newton, IL on April 18 1926 the son the late of Edmond and Naomi Scot Hooker.
He was a trucker driver for Landair, a member if the Peebles Baptist Church, Hillsboro VFW 9094 and the Teamsters Local #710.
He is survived by his wife Joan Hilterbran whom he married on June 26, 1954, two sons, Mike Hooker of Peebles, Eddie Hooker of Peebles, one daughter, Jill Webster of Alabama seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, August 18, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Baptist Church with Rodney Roark officiating.
