Alice L. Pierce, 84 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, March 11, 2005 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
She was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 9, 1920 the daughter of the late John T. and Julia Blevins Pierce.
She attended the Harriett Missionary Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Eugene Pierce, who passed away in 1985, two sisters, Dorothy Mae Thompson, Betty Jean Nies, and one brother, James Kenneth Pierce.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Dan Frances of Hillsboro, sisters, Alma McIntosh of Dayton, Pauline Robert Clauss of Kettering, two grandsons, Dale Shirley Frances and David Frances, three great grandchildren, David Lee Frances, Jr., Dustin Eugene Frances, and Danielle Marie Frances, and several nieces and nephews.
According to Mrs. Pierce?s wishes her body was donated to medical science.
Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Donor's Favorite Charity.
