Alma Jean Black, 91 years of Kettering, passed away on Wednesday October 26, 2022.
She was born in Franklin, OH on January 5, 1931, the daughter of the late John and Tilda Mae (Lakes) Deatherage. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her sons, Kevin and Robert DelGrosso and brother, Edward Deatherage.
Alma was a social worker for Montgomery County Social Services.
Alma is survived by her sons, Victor DelGrosso of West Union, Richard (Jeanne) DelGrosso of Kettering, Michael (Kathy) DelGrosso of Virginia and David (Susie) DelGrosso of Ohio, daughters, Linda DelGrosso of Hillsboro and Tonette Walker of West Union, several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Gayel Deatherage of Dayton and a host of friends.
Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday October 29, 2022 at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Middletown, Ohio.
Friends may call from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday October 28, 2022 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio.
