Alverda Nell Foster, 80 years of Winchester, Ohio, died Wednesday,
September 21, 2005 at her residence.
She was born September 14, 1925 at West Union, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Edna Taylor Trotter. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Philip Foster and two sisters.
She was a member of the Winchester United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxillary Cameron-Ellis Post #242.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Pastor David and Karen Foster of Chillicothe, Ohio; one daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Jeff Most of Shelbyville, Indiana; two grandchildren, Joshua and wife Modesty Most of Columbus and Ashley Foster of Chillicothe; two brothers, Jimmy Bayless of Dayton, Ohio and Billy Bayless of West Union, Ohio; two sisters,
Doris Russell of Dayton, Ohio and Cathy Harmon of West Union, Ohio;
several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will held 2:00 PM Sunday, September 25, 2005 at the Winchester United Methodist Church with The Rev. John Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Saturday at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester.
Family suggests memorials to the Winchester United Methodist Church or Fountain of the Living Waters Church, Pastor David Foster, 37 Forrest Drive,
Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
