He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on September 25, 1946 the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth Briggs Williams.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam Era.
There will be no services.
Burial will take place in the Dayton National Cemetery on Wednesday, September 3, 2003.
