Amma Nora Amy Snider

Amma Nora Amy Snider, 85 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, February 24, 2003 at the Crestwood Nursing Center in Hillsboro.
She was born in Sinking Spring, Ohio on March 1, 1917 the daughter of the late Frank and Blanche Seaman Thomas.
She was a member of the Hillsboro First United Methodist Church and the Hillsboro Chapter #441 O.E.S. She was a retired LPN from the Highland County Health Department.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David S. Snider, who passed away on August 14, 1992, three brothers, Atlee Dutch Thomas, Glenn Thomas, Toby Thomas, and two sisters, Marie Comey and Jessie Shepard.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas H. and Diane M. Snider of Palm Coast, Florida, daughter, Deborah Ann Snider of Hillsboro, two grandchildren, Thomas H. Kim Snider, Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, Angela C. Snider of Orlando, Florida, three great grandchildren, Madeline Elizabeth, Benjamin Thomas, and William Hern Snider, sister-in-law, Audrey Thomas of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2003 at 1:30 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Dr. Dan Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 till 6:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home. Eastern Star Services will be held at 5:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
