He is survived by his wife Thelma Hamner Smith, sons, Gregory Julie Smith, London, Andrew Chrissy Smith, Kingston, daughters, Debby Gregory Andre', Westerville, Darlene Kevin Kerr, South Salem, Denise Nibert, Bainbridge, brothers, Rev. William Smith, Hillsboro, Kelly Smith, Marysville, Larry Miller, Mansfield, Sisters, Josephine Sam Hopson, Paintsville, KY, Paula Miller, Sabina, 13 grandchildren, Brandon, Sara, Haley, Eddie, Nicholas, Chase, A.J., Stephanie, Finnegan, Reagen, Harrison, Megan, Ethan, Garett & Clay
Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 1:00 P.M., at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro
Burial will follow at the Greenfield Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 - 5:00 P.M. Sunday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
