Ann L. Roosa, 50 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, September 12, 2001 at her residence.
She was born in Rarden, Ohio on April 30, 1951 the daughter of the late Roy and Lavinia Lewis Carter.
She attended the Union Hill Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Carter, and two sisters, Barbara Loch and Diana Maddy.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Roosa of Peebles, two sons, Paul Roosa, Jr. of Peebles, Richard Roosa of Peebles, four grandchildren, Brett Roosa, Dustin Roosa, Paul Roosa, III, Rachel Roosa, two brothers, Bobby Carter of Peebles, Chris Carter of Mississippi, two sisters, Patty Carter of Peebles, Sandy Howard of Lucasville, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2001 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Rev. Monty White officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Children?s Hospital, 3333 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.
