Arthur L. Cupps, 78 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, April 28, 2003 at his residence.
He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 7, 1924 the son of the late Arthur C. and Ada Zierfuss Cupps.
He retired from the Nabisco Company after thirty-one years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having fought in the battles and campaigns in Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, Central Europe, and the A.R. Offensive Europe. He was a member of the AMVETS Post #61 of Hillsboro, VFW Post #9094 of Hillsboro, and the Highland County Senior Citizens.
He is survived by his wife, Ivalue Reed, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Shirlin Butler officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens with military services conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Thursday from 9:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
