Arthur Edward Wright, 69 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Wednesday December 21, 2016.
He was born in Clinton County on March 9, 1947, the son of the late Issac and Charlotte "Lottie" (Harris) Rickman. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by his sister, Jackie Kincaid.
Arthur is survived by his two sisters, Ruth Ann Hudson of New Richmond and Betty Lou Wright of Cincinnati and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 29, 2016 at the Hillsboro Cemetery.
