Austin Morty Diles

Austin "Morty" Diles Jr. 49 years of Leesburg, passed away on Wednesday January 22, 2014.
He was born in Chillicothe on January 1, 1965, the son of the late Austin M. Diles Sr. Besides his father he is also preceded by his sister and brother-in-law Janet and Jeff Davis, father-in-law George Funk Jr. and mother-in-law Darlene Ballein.
Morty was employed by Strawser Contruction, served in the U.S. Army during Desert Strom. A member of A.B.A.T.E. of Ohio, Journeymen Inc. MC and had a love for the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife Annie Diles of Leesburg, mother Janet K. Diles of Frankfort, OH, son Joshua Tiffaney Diles of Clarksburg, OH, two daughters Harleigh Diles of Leesburg and Sarah Josh Smallwood of Sardinia. Two brothers, Bob Trisha Diles of South Salem, OH and Keith Darlen Diles of Frankfort, OH; four grandchildren, Austin Diles, Tyler Fout, Dylan Fout and Peyton Fout. Nephew BJ Diles of Frankfort, OH, Special friend Mike Mtcastle, nieces, nephews, in-laws, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday January 28, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Leesburg with Military Rites by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday January 27, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
