Barbara Sturgill, 65 of Hillsboro, formerly of Cincinnati, died Thursday, March 22, 2007 at Crestwood Nursing Center in Hillsboro.
She is followed in death by her parents, Steve Robinson and Dorothy Yearlie, one brother, Esker Robinson, two sisters, Alica Jackson and Jess Robinson, and one son, Joey Cannon.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Vicky Cannon of Kentucky, Rena and Bobby Saxon of Hillsboro, two grandsons and five granddaughters, Mario Cannon and Joseph Cannon III, Chad and Leanna Fain, Dana Saxon, Eric and Kristen Bick, Bobbie Saxon, Meranda Saxon, eleven great grandchildren, Cheyenne and Jamie Saxon, Dustin, Cody and Noah Saxon, Jacob, Justin, and Danyell Bick, Matthew, Christopher, and Nickolas Fain, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Charles Wells will officiate with burial to follow in the New Market Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
