Betty Jean Gorman, 56 years of West Union, died Friday, January 2, 2004 at her residence.
She was born in Adams County, Ohio on December 4, 1947 the daughter of Harley and Sylvia Puckett Jones.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Gorman, who passed away in 2000, her mother, Sylvia Jones, and one sister, Isabelle Downs.
She is survived by her father, Harley Jones of West Union, father-in-law, Sam Gorman of Seaman, sons, Dale Gorman, Jr. of West Union, Shane Gorman of West Union, brother, Rickey Jones of Columbus, two granddaughters, Megan and Havalah, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Ova Barr officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
