Betty Louise Yochum Morris

Betty, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Edna Fender Yochum of Hillsboro, was born January 27, 1926 in Highland County, Ohio. After graduating from Marshall High School, She married John Morris of Wilmington, Ohio. They later relocated to South Carolina.
Betty received Christ as her Savior at a young age and continued to walk in his path throughout her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John and her brother Paul L. Yochum of Marshall, Ohio. She is survived b y her sister Naomi Delph of Wilmington, Ohio, brother Ralph J.Yochum and wife Marjorie of Marshall, Ohio, sons James E. Morris and wife Angie of Prince George, Virginia, Steven L. Morris and wife Marion of St. Cloud, Florida, Lawrence D. Morris an wife Susan of North Augusta, South Carolina, daughters, Patricia A. Missildine and husband Donald of North Augusta, South Carolina, Rebecca S. Carter and husband Joseph of Pensacola, Florida, fifteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
She leaves cherished memories of her singing and her laughter with all who loved her.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM followed by Graveside Services at Buford Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to The Alzheimer's Association.
