Beulah Stratton, 84 years of Winchester, passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on February 7, 1924 the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Houser Shields.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Stratton, who passed away in 1978, son Robert Stratton, one grandson, and eight brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two sons; Marion Stratton of Peebles and Tom Stratton of Florida, daughter Beverly Rowe of Winchester, brother Howard Shields of Peebles, sister Thelma Thomas of Dayton, fourteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Following cremation, graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Winchester Cemetery; the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
