Billie W. Fraley, 67 years of Winchester, died Saturday, May 20, 2006 at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati.
He was born in Greenfield, Ohio on May 12, 1939 the son of the late Arthur and Lucinda Taulbee Fraley.
He was a member of the Roofer Union Local #75.
He is survived by his daughters, Cindy Green of Beaver, Diane Nehus of Winchester, Debbie Hill of Peebles, sons, Gray Fraley of Michigan, Mike Miller of Arkansas, Marvin Miller of Bellefontaine, brothers, Kenny Madden of Chillicothe, Jerry Fraley of Frankfort, Ohio, sisters, Carol Draper of Bucyrus, Patty Blicke of Bucyrus, seventeen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and caregiver and special friend, Glenna Fraley.
It was Billie?s desire to be cremated; a memorial service is to be held at a later date.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
