Bing C. Williamson, 65 years of Hillsboro, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.
He was born January 31, 1947, the son of the late Ernest W. and Edna Louise Bryant Williamson. Bing was a graduate of Belfast High School and attended Ohio State University.
He was a small business entrepreneur where his family owned and operated Williamson Safe Company in Hillsboro for many years. He was an inventor, painter, welder, a passion for magic and was a very charitable person.
On June 23, 1973 he was united in marriage to Brenda Caudill Williamson who survives. He is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Ryan Wing of Hillsboro; one son, Brad Williamson and fiancée Carrie Woods of Chillicothe; three grandchildren, Nicholai Cornell Wing, Macaulay Chapman Wing, Breeana Riley Williamson; one Brother, J. Edgar Williamson of Hillsboro; father-in-law, Lewis Albert Caudill, Sr. of Big Sandy, TX.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lewis Albert and Celia Caudill, Jr. of Dallas, TX; two sisters-in-law, Maggie Blood of Big Sandy, TX. and Georgia Caudill of Longview, TX.; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
A remembrance gathering for family and friends will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
