Birdie L. Belcher, 80 years of Bell, FL, formerly of the Sinking Spring Community passed away on Tuesday August 18, 2015 at the North Florida Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Bainbridge, OH on September 13, 1934, the daughter of the late Richard and Gladys (Baumgardner) Estle. Besides her parents she was also preceded by her husband Archie V. "Mike" Belcher on March 30, 2000, three brothers, Wilbur, Donald and Richard "Bud" Estle and one sister, Nora Josephine "Judy" Martin.
Birdie was a member of the Smith Chapel Church.
Birdie is survived by her two daughters, Brenda Cannon of Bell, FL and Sandy Belcher of Bell, FL, two sisters, Betty Smith of Hillsboro and Donna Jean ( Bud) Hasten of Mansfield, one granddaughter, Rebecca (Mark) Crews of High Springs, FL and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring, OH. Burial will follow at the Westwood Cemetery with David Hopkins and John Wisecup officiating.
Friends may call from 12:00 P.M. until time of service on Saturday at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
