Bob Gaffin, 79 years of Peebles, died Saturday, September 3, 2005 at his residence.
He was born at Peebles, Ohio on April 2, 1926 the son of Martin and Lefty Houser Gaffin.
He was an Army and Navy Veteran serving in WW II and the Korean Conflict.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Tink Gaffin.
He survived by his wife Cloe Shelton Gaffin whom he married on July 26, 1946,
one brother Bill Gaffin of Peebles, one sister June Brombaugh of Dayton, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. at the Union Hill Church under the direction of the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home with Phil Fulton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. till time of service at 1:00 P.M. at the Union Hill Church.
