Bob Johnson, Sr., age 66 of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on November 20, 1946 the son of the late George and Francis Lambert Johnson.
Bob attended Peebles Church of God.
He is survived by his wife whom he married on June 13, 1967, Brenda Estep Johnson of Peebles; one son and daughter-in-law, Eugene and Lorie Johnson of Peebles; two daughters and son-in-law, Shelly and Donnie Free of Peebles and Tammy Hopkins of Peebles; two brothers, Clail Johnson and Walt Johnson both of Peebles; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of God with Harold Keaton officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of God.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
