Bob McBee, 86 years of Franklin, Indiana, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at Franklin Meadows in Franklin, Indiana.
He was born in Greenfield, Ohio on September 26, 1917 the son of the late Alvin and Ethel Streber McBee.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Ft. Myers, Florida, Masonic Lodge #661 Conservancy of Dayton, and the Amateur Trap Shooter Association.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Plummer McBee, who passed away on May 13, 2002.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy Sue and James Plahitko of Indianapolis, Indiana, sister, Helen Normoyre of Grove City, three grandchildren, Robert Cyndi Henderson, Jeffrey Sherrie Henderson, William Shannon Henderson, and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
