Bob McCane, 68 years of Peebles, died Sunday, June 17, 2007.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on September 19, 1938 the son of the late Robert and Sophia Gilbert McCane.
He is survived by one brother, Richard McCane of Peebles, seven sisters, Jeannie Crouch of Winchester, Adrian Douglas of Springfield, Jewell Hunter of Manchester, Thelma Campbell of Peebles, Bessie Hongi of Peebles, Shirley Abbott of Seaman, Grace Johnson of Leesburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Ken Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Jacktown Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
