Bobby M. Sluss, 85 years of Hillsboro, OH, passed away on Sunday November 28, 2021.
He was born in Brown County, Ohio on July 20, 1936, the son of the late Winford and Dollie (Burchwell) Sluss.
Bobby was an Army Veteran during the Viet Nam War. He retired in 1998 from the Highland District Hospital. He was also a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God.
Besides his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his first wife Martha Strubick, two brothers Wilford and Ronald Sluss, and a nephew.
Bobby is survived his wife of 21 years, Marjorie Crawford Sluss; daughters, Andrea Claycomb of Hillsboro and Danielle Luman of Hillsboro, brother James Sluss of Texas, sisters Beatrice Curry of Florida and Loretta Ballein of New Vienna Oh, three grandchildren Katessa Coats, Kennedi Claycomb, and Regan Claycomb, and three great grandchildren Jaelyn Binkley, Michael Coats, and Brooklyn Coats.
Graveside Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday December 2, 2021 at Dunn's Chapel Cemetery, 5381 Anderson Rd., Hillsboro, OH. Military Rites will be conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Thompson Funeral Home has the honor of serving the family.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Hope
