Brenda D. O'Cull

Brenda D. O'Cull, 65 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman. Brenda was born January 1, 1949 at Washington C.H., OH., the daughter of the late Loren W. and Ruth Ann (Irvin) Wharton. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry N. O'Cull on January 21, 2013 and one daughter Jodi O'Cull.
Brenda retired after 25 years of service from CVS Pharmacy formerly REVCO.
Brenda is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Loren and Sheila O'Cull of Hillsboro, Travis and Becky Wharton of Seaman; one daughter Stephanie Bales and fiancé Kenny Kier of Hillsboro; six grandchildren, James Richard "J.R." Willey, Renee Willey, Ciara Peterson, Shelly Wharton, Cheyenne Davidson, Chad Davidson; seven great grandchildren, Hunter Davidson, Bryson Willey, Jaylie Willey, Kaylie Willey, Jackson Willey, Jace Jones, Brynlee Reffitt; one brother Frank (Sheila) Wharton of Florida; one sister Sandy (Kenny) Downard of Washington C.H.; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Chaplin David Wirth will officiate with burial to follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
