Brenda Ison Rhoads, 49 years of Jackson, died Sunday, January 8, 2006 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson.
She was born in Pike County, Ohio on September 9, 1956 the daughter of the late Cecil and Gladys May Ison.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers, Donald, Ray, Leonard, Cecil, Jr., and Charles Ison, and two sisters, Dottie Hannah, and Betty Lou Irvin.
She is survived by her husband, David Rhoads of Jackson, son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Jennifer Humphries of Latham, Ohio, step son, Timmy Rhoads, three step daughters, Diane, Erica, and Anna, brother and sister-in-law, Karl and Barbara Ison of Latham, two grandchildren, Tyler Lee Humphries and Logan Rylee Humphries, eleven step grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring with Rev. Carey Hilterbran officiating. Burial will follow in the Washburn Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
