Brenton Hymer, 65 years of Seaman, died Thursday, March 1, 2007 at his residence.
He was born in Madison County, Kentucky on May 28, 1941 the son of the late Raymond and Annabelle Cox Hymer.
He was a member of the Refuge Church in West Union and the Businessmen?s Fellowship USA.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Mark Hymer, one daughter, Gloria Hymer, one brother, Lester Hymer, and two sisters, Juanita and Thelma.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Melody Taylor Hymer of Seaman, sons and daughters-in-law, Wendell and Brenda Hymer of Seaman, Charles and Shannon Tumey of Winchester, daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Lannie Amburgy of Middletown, Sheila Lamb of Middletown, Freda Smalley of Washington Court House, Jennifer and Randy Baxter of Winchester, Christy and Brian Fox of Seaman, Sherry and Marty Lay of Seaman, Brittany Davis of Hamersville, daughter-in-law, Melonie Hymer, brothers, Thurman Hymer of Richmond, Kentucky, Wilburn Hymer of Lebanon, Ohio, Lenneth Hymer of Dayton, Kenneth Hymer of Seaman, sisters, Arzella Kidwell of Richmond, Kentucky, Brenda Poole of Texas City, Texas, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Refuge Church with Pastor Matt Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman.
Memorials may be made to Refuge Church Building Fund, 91 Rolling Woods Lane, West Union, OH 45693.
