Burneda Alice Bailey

Burneda Alice Bailey, 87 years of Peebles, died Monday August 18, 2003 at the Adams County Hospital.
She was born in Bratton Township on December 17, 1915 the daughter of Esta Spence and Saloma Hedrick Storer.
She was a member of the Marble Furnace Church of the Brethren, Marble Furnace Ladies Aide, Sunday school teacher and pianis, Charter member of the Peebles Garden Club , Nancy Gitchett Music Club, Graduate of Peebles High School in the Class of 1934.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lavon Bailey on August 21, 2002.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Bailey of Rising Sun, IN, Dean Bailey of Peebles, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 22, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Wayne Adams and Mary Sue Rosenburger officiating. Burial will follow in the Marble Furnace Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday evening from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
