Carl Bill Green, 73 years of Chillicothe, died Friday at his residence.
He was born July 1, 1928 in Pike County, Ohio, the son of the late Edward L. and Anna Caplinger Green.
Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Ann Rice Green and his second wife Bea Trimble Green; two sisters, Ruth Diehl and Maude Thompson; two brothers, Frank Bud and Lucas Green.
Bill was a retired Truck Driver and an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by a son Tom Green of Chillicothe; 4 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren; five sisters, Jessie Ritchie of Lawrenceburg, IN., Clarice Trimble and Madge Francis Trimble of Springfield, Ohio, Elaine Darrell Hilderbrand of Aurora, IN., Julia Herbert Sowards of Peebles, OH.; three brothers, Earl of Washington C.H., OH., Eldon Green of Brighton, IN., Edward Nancy Green of Aurora, IN.; two sisters-in-law, Micki Green and Wilma Green of Sinking Spring, OH.; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at the Wylie- Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring, Ohio. Rev. Carey Hilterbran will officiate with burial to follow in the Washburn Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
