Carl Huff, Jr., 73 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, July 30, 2006 at his residence.
He was born in Pippa Passes, Kentucky on February 25, 1933 the son of the late Carl and Vadie Sparkman Huff.
He retired after forty-one years from the Chrysler Corporation in Dayton.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Patrick, Imogene Goughnour, and one brother, Bufford Huff.
He was united in marriage on September 7, 1951 to Phyllis G. Barker Huff, who survives. He is also survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Gary Lee and Pam Huff of Hillsboro, Michael Ray Huff of Fairborn, one daughter, Carla and George Kelley of Merced, California, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Glen and Beverly Huff of Kentucky, Cleo and Doris Huff of Blanchester, Ken and Meralene Huff of Kentucky, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Allene and Clark Gayheart of Kentucky, Glenna Fay and James Collins of Kentucky, five grandchildren, Jennifer Brian Smyers, Jessica Andrew Saltzman, Zachary Huff, Casey Kelley, Griffin Kelley, and two great grandchildren, Alyssa Smyers, and Brendan Smyers.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 4, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Brother Jeff Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
