Carla Huber

Carla Sue [Newman] Huber, 78, of Seaman passed away February 27, 2025 at Hillsboro Post Acute (Legacy). She was born January 27, 1947, the only surviving child of the late Paul C and Mary (Washburn) Newman.

Carla Sue was a 1965 graduate of Seaman High School, in which she worked to keep the history of the class up to date with her scrapbooking. She also had worked many years at the Seaman Flower shop which she always had passion for flowers. She had attended Seaman United Presbyterian Church for many years, she also sang in the choir.

On November 23, 1966 she married the late Robert C "Bob" Huber and to this union was born two children, which are missing her very much. She was a loving and kind Mommy and Mamaw.

She is survived by their two children, daughter, Amy Jo and son, Rob, (Casie) Huber. One grandson Corbin (Merçedes) Huebner, two great-grand children Cobain Paul and Merin Mae Huebner. Special fur-grand pup, Harley.

One cousin Shirley (Newman) Cochran, two sister-in-laws Sandy Huber and Rochelle Sams. Two special life-long friends Edith Wigginton and Irma Marsh.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Rob and I would like to thank all the people at Hillsboro Post Acute that took care of our Mom and showed her so much love.
