Carlos L. Boone Freeze, 42 years of Blue Creek, died Thursday, October 3, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Waverly, Ohio on August 4, 1960 the son of the late Carlos and Shirley Rae Perkins Freeze.
He is survived by his fiancée, Catherine Reynolds of Blue Creek, three children, Carlos, Danny, Rosemarie, four sisters, Patricia Spires of Stout, Ohio, Vicky Hensley of West Union, Cheryl Thorne of Harlan, Kentucky, Hazel Sparrow of Blue Creek, and special friends, Mielessa Simpson, Steve Simpson, Amber Simpson, Andrew Simpson, and Sarah Simpson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow in the Westwood Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home.
