Carolyn Yutzy, 14 years of West Union, died Thursday, February 28, 2008 at Children's Hospital.
She was born in Hillsboro, Ohio on December 6, 1993 the daughter of Allen and Martha Miller Yutzy.
She is survived by four brothers Stefan, Aaron, Richard, and Jonathan, twin sister Marilyn, paternal grandparents Aden and Katie Yutzy, and maternal grandparents Robert and Katie Miller.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. at 4142 Wheat Ridge Road in West Union with Bishop Freeman Yutzy officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Homes, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman, Ohio will be serving the family.
