Carson W. Smalley, 72 years of Peebles, died Friday, March 1, 2002 at his residence.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on January 7, 1930 the son of the late Everett and Hannah Johnson Smalley.
He was a member of the Blood Bought Church of Peebles.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Gary Smalley.
He is survived by his wife who he married on December 20, 1947, Doris Hoffer Smalley of Peebles, sons and daughter-in-law, Mike and Linda Smalley of West Virginia, Anthony Smalley of Washington Court House, brothers, Dwight Smalley of Peebles, Bill Smalley of Peebles, Larry Smalley of Peebles, Winston Smalley of Peebles, Luther Smalley of Latham, sister, Naomi Adkins of Peebles, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 3,
2002 at 3:00 P.M. at the Blood Bought Church in Peebles with Dwayne Logan officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M. at the Blood Bought Church.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
