Carter Durham, 3 years old of Leesburg, passed away on Wednesday January 11, 2017.
He was born in Fayetteville, N.C. on August 26, 2013, the son of Michael and Kelli (Priest) Durham. Carter is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ruth Durham.
Carter loved to play patty-cake, and he loved his Elmo and Big Bird stuffed animals; he enjoyed the ocean and snuggling.
Besides his parents, Carter is also survived by his brother, Jackson Durham, maternal grandparents, Rick and Sue Priest of Leesburg, paternal grandfather, Mike (Jenny) Durham of Beaufort, S.C. and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Leesburg United Methodist Church on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM.
The family asks that donations be made to Hope for HIE, PO Box 250472, West Bloomfield Township, Michigan 48325.
