Catherine I. Teeters, 95 years of Leesburg, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020.
Catherine was born August 21, 1925 in Preble County, OH., the daughter of the late Walter and Ethel (Williams) Schleiger. Beside her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Claude W. Teeters on February 12, 2012 and 8 brothers and sisters.
Catherine is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Debi Teeters of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Tom and Lori Teeters of Leesburg, OH.; one daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Allen Garrison of Leesburg; five grandchildren, Lesley (Tom) Horton, Brent (Megan) Teeters, Megan (Eliseo) Mezo, Ben (Megan) Reno, Roger (Danette) Mick; eleven great grandchildren, Cayden Horton, Bentley Horton, Bailey Horton, Grayson Teeters, Cameron Teeters, Sofia Mezo, Jase Huffman, Bexley Reno, George Reno, Ivan Mick, Jillian Trimble; two sisters-in-law, Lulu Belle Teeters of Leesburg and Janice Teeters of Washington C.H.; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
