Charles Douglas, 70 years of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on April 29, 1940 the son of the late William and Edna Gustin Douglas.
Charles attended the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union and was a member of the Operator?s Union Local #18 in Cincinnati.
He is survived by his wife Mary James Douglas of Peebles, whom he married on November 5, 1958, two daughters; Jennifer McCann and Crystal Douglas both of Peebles, and four grandchildren; Casey, Amanda, Emily, and Ryan.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
