Charles "Charlie" Floyd, Jr., 87 years of Wilmington, passed away on Friday November 27, 2020.
He was born in Portsmouth on January 13, 1933, the son of the late Charles and Faye (Martin) Floyd. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his wife, Mildred Floyd on May 31, 2014.
Charlie loved to fish, hunt and served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Charlie is survived by his son, Charles (Kristie) Floyd of Fayetteville, daughters, Caroline (Christopher) Osborne of Hillsboro, Elizabeth Floyd of Greenfield and Amy (Matt) Mattes of Williamsburg, seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and sister, Rosemary (Jack) Tupman of Indianapolis, IN.
