Charles Harper, 82 years of Winchester, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Hospice of Blue Ash.

He was born in Adams County, Ohio on May 4, 1929 the son of the late Harrison and Nellie Coldiron Harper.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Freda Lanter Harper who passed away in 2006, six brothers; Kenneth Harper, Jim Harper, Jack Harper, Bob Harper and two infant brothers, and three sisters; Alberta Nelson, Leona Lamb, and Mildred Allen.

Charles attended Wesley Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union.

He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; William Steve and Judith Harper of Winchester, one daughter and son-in-law; Patricia and Robert Workman of Hillsboro, one brother; Stan Harper of Winchester, three sisters; Lucille Hutter of Versailles, Indiana, Betty Sautter of Seaman, and Susie Copas of Winchester, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and three sisters-in-law; Florence Conn, Louise Harper, and Donna Harper.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester with Rev. Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Winchester Cemetery.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester.
