Charles C. Lindsey, 85 years of Washington CH., died Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Court House Manor in Washington C.H.
He was born November 7, 1926 at Springfield, OH., the son of the late Lorin and Pearl Coulter Lindsey. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Frank Lindsey.
Charles was a member of the Conaway Chapel Methodist Church and attended the Grace Community Church in Washington C.H.. Charles retired from Ferno-Washington.
On August 16, 1952 he was united in marriage to Glenna Tener Lindsey who survives. He is also survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Russell Keith and Debra Lindsey of Washington C.H.; two grandchildren, Jay Russell Lindsey and fiance' Jessica Daniels of Washington C.H., Candis Javin Thomas of Wilmington, OH.; three sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Willa Jean Coulter of Washington C.H., Martha and Eugene Herdman of Locust Grove, Elizabeth and Bob Fulton of Hillsboro; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Rev. Phil Fulton will officiate with burial to follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
