Charles T. "Bud" Williams, 64 years of Peebles, died Monday, January 7, 2008 at his residence.
He was born in Wilmington, Ohio on April 12, 1943 the son of Denver and Mabel Boyd Williams.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He worked for Randall-Textron.
He was preceded in death by his father, Denver Williams.
He was united in marriage on August 14, 1964 to Goldie Riley Williams, who survives. He is also survived by his mother, Mabel Hayes of Peebles, three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Williams, II of Hillsboro, Michael and Helen Williams of Peebles, Denver and Helen Williams of Peebles, two daughters, Kathy Williams of Berea, Kentucky, Denise Williams Scheler of Berea, Kentucky, one sister, Peggy Dunn of Peebles, and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
