Charma Glaze

Charma Glaze, 92 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday January 26, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Highland County on December 13, 1921, the daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth Patton Bumgarner. Besides her parents she was preceded by her husband Everett "Bud" Glaze, whom passed away on September 26, 2006, one grandson Joshua Paul Pence and sister Ceretea Bumgarner.
Charma retired from Hillsboro City Schools as a school bus driver and she also worked in the school cafeterias.
Charma is survived by six daughters and sons-in-law, Judith Ann Pelfrey of Hillsboro, Karen John O'Rourke of Wilmington, Linda Ellen Robert Ferguson of Conroe, TX, Kathy Brady Stevens of Sabina, Marta Roger Jones of Hillsboro and Debra Timothy Pence of Virginia Beach, VA, one sister Marilyn Childress of Michigan, twenty-one grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2:30 P.M. Saturday February 1, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at Hamer Township Cemetery.
Friends may call at 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday January 31, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
