Chester Glenn Douglas

Chester Douglas, 73 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Highland District Hospital.
He was born in Highland County, Ohio on May 20, 1934 the son of the late Noble G. and Ora Olive Brown Douglas.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son Danny Dale Douglas.
Chester was a lifetime member of the NRA, and an army veteran.
He is survived by his wife Dora Witt Douglas, one daughter & son in law Debbie & Joe Crabtree of Dallas, TX, one daughter Lisa Douglas of Dallas, TX. Two sons & daughter in laws William & Sharon Baker of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Chester & Maranda Douglas of Washington Court House, Ohio. One brother John Richard & Anna Douglas of Hillsboro, Ohio. Two sisters & brother in laws Jean & Dana Johnson of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Vera & Jay Grove of Hillsboro, Ohio. Four granddaughters Jessica, Gabrielle, Genesis, Gillian, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, Ohio.
Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery, with military services by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Saturday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
