She was born in Clinton County on July 16, 1961, the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary (Shaw) Fenner.
Cynthia is survived by her son, Elijah Bray of Hillsboro, grandson, Charles Elijah James Bray and brother, Chris Fenner.
Graveside Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the New Market Baptist Cemetery.
Services entrusted to the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Hillsboro.
