Dailey M. Holbrook, 87 years of Seaman, died Monday, September 2, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Breathit County, Kentucky on February 29, 1915 the son of the late Noah and Flora Rowe Holbrook.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Florence Holbrook, one daughter, Iva Stout, and three brothers, Finley, Fred, and Reece.
He is survived by three sons, Cecil Holbrook of Seaman, Ray Holbrook of Lawton, Oklahoma, Burl Holbrook of Winchester, two daughters, Dorma Lee Covert of Florida, Dorothy Holbrook of Winchester, one sister, Etta Mae Neal of Danville, Virginia, nineteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at the Cherry Fork Cemetery. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to the Winchester-Wayne Township Life Squad, 33 W. Washington Street, Winchester, OH 45697.
