Daisy Katherine Smith, 96 years of Martinsville, passed away on Monday February 15, 2021.
She was born in Pike County on April 11, 1924, the daughter of the late William and Rebecca (Lane) Rose. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her husband, William Smith, sons, Thomas Allen and William Smith, daughter, Carolyn Rhoads, three brothers and six sisters.
Daisy is survived by her son, Anthony (Hazel) Smith of Hillsboro, daughter, Janet (Jimmy) Brown of Martinsville, 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great granddaughter, that she raised, Alexis Roberts.
Graveside Services will be 12:00 PM Monday February 22, 2021 at the Smith Hill Cemetery in Waverly.
